由「香港共享價值」（HKSGV）主辦的 CATALO 企業參訪活動於 2024 年 2 月 21 日圓滿舉行。本次活動吸引了近 20 位來自不同行業的企業代表參與，旨在透過參訪以使命驅動的企業，激勵參與者從中獲得啟發與靈感，並推動更多人實踐價值導向的生活與企業經營。同時，活動亦為參與者提供了一個與志同道合的業界精英交流與連結的機會。
On February 21, 2024, the Hong Kong Shared Good Values (HKSGV) platform successfully organized a company visit to CATALO, bringing together nearly 20 representatives from various industries. The event aimed to showcase how purpose-driven companies like CATALO exemplify “Do Well, Do Good,” inspiring participants to embrace value-driven practices in both their personal and professional lives. It also provided an excellent opportunity for members to network with like-minded individuals and learn from industry leaders.
活動當日，CATALO 行政總裁兼和富 S.I.T.E.（Social Innovation Through Entrepreneurship）指導委員會成員陳家偉先生親自帶領參觀。參與者不僅深入了解了 CATALO 全港首個智慧貨倉及智能生產線中心，更親眼見證了自動化技術如何提升營運效率與品質控制。陳家偉先生更分享了其創業歷程及企業發展策略，並強調「使命驅動企業」（Purpose Driven Company）的核心價值——企業如何在追求業務增長的同時，兼顧社會責任與可持續發展，真正實踐「Do Well, Do Good」的理念。
The visit was led by Mr. Calvin Chan, CEO of CATALO and a member of the Wofoo S.I.T.E. (Social Innovation Through Entrepreneurship) Steering Committee. Participants had the unique opportunity to explore CATALO’s smart warehouse and intelligent production line center, gaining firsthand insights into how automation technology enhances efficiency and quality control. Mr. Chan also shared his entrepreneurial journey and business development strategies, emphasizing the importance of being a purpose-driven company. He highlighted how businesses can achieve growth while fulfilling their social responsibilities and contributing to sustainable development.
