本屆「狄恆責任型企業獎」頒獎典禮於2025年3月29日在澳門聖若瑟大學隆重舉行，吸引超過100位來自政界、商界及學術界的代表親臨現場，並同步進行線上直播，讓更多觀眾一同見證責任型企業的成果與精神。
This year’s Deignan Award Ceremony was held on 29 March 2025 at the University of Saint Joseph, Macau, gathering over 100 distinguished guests from government, business, and academia. The event was also live-streamed to engage a broader audience in celebrating responsible entrepreneurship.
主禮嘉賓包括：狄恆獎指導委員會主席羅世範博士（Dr. Stephan Rothlin S.J.）、副主席李宗德博士GBS, OStJ, JP、聖若瑟大學副校長羅亞力教授（Prof. Alexandre Lobo）及香港勞工及福利局副局長何啟明，JP 。出席嘉賓包括：澳門經濟科技發展局副局長鄭曉敏。

麥侍文教授（Rev. Prof. Stephen Morgan）指出，狄恆獎所倡導的價值觀與聖若瑟大學的教育理念一致。他期望能與更多理念相符的機構合作，共同培育具備專業能力與社會責任感的青年。
Rev. Prof. Stephen Morgan noted that the values promoted by the Deignan Award align closely with USJ’s vision of holistic education. He expressed hope to collaborate with like-minded partners to cultivate young leaders who combine professional competence with social conscience.
李宗德博士（Dr. Joseph Lee, GBS, OStJ, JP）讚揚中小企業在實踐社會責任上的努力，並表示誠信、仁愛與使命感正是企業可持續發展的根基。

This year, Hong Kong awardees leveraged technological innovation and social enterprise models to drive transformative change, while Macau counterparts focused on community-centric solutions and traditional industry revitalization, collectively advancing a more sustainable regional economy.

今年以主題 「企業慈善 — 共享價值、決心、同理心」 出發，嘉許港澳兩地 15間傑出中小企業，並首度設立四個專項獎項，聚焦企業社會責任的核心價值。獲獎公司涵蓋科技、餐飲、製造、社會服務等行業，肯定他們在誠信經營、永續發展、關愛社區等方面的卓越貢獻。這些企業展現了「以善營商」的精神，持續為社會創造正向影響。
This year’s theme, “Corporate Philanthropy – Shared Values, Determination, and Compassion,” set the tone for honoring 15 outstanding SMEs from Hong Kong and Macau. For the first time, four special award categories were introduced, each highlighting a core aspect of corporate social responsibility. The awardees represent diverse sectors—including technology, F&B, manufacturing, and social services—and were recognized for their excellence in ethical business practices, sustainability, and community care. These enterprises exemplify the spirit of "doing well by doing good," continuously creating positive impact for society.

典禮特設專題討論環節「利成於善：跨界合作推動企業發展」，由聖若瑟大學商學及法律學院院長劉鈺馨博士主持，由兩地金獎得主與學界代表（聖若瑟大學商學及法律學院助理教授李頴芝博士）共議企業如何通過跨界合作實現「利成於善」的案例分享，及在企業營運中融入倫理實踐、可持續發展和社區參與的見解、經驗和成功故事。
The ceremony featured a panel discussion, "Profit with Purpose: Leveraging Cross-Sector Collaboration for Business Growth," moderated by Dr. Jenny Phillips, Dean of the Faculty of Business and Law at USJ. Panelists—including gold awardees and academic expert Dr. Florence Lei, Assistant Professor at USJ—shared insights on integrating ethical practices, sustainability, and community engagement into business operations.
